Job summary

Kool Beanz Casuarina is seeking a Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our friendly team on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will support and guide staff, deliver engaging early learning programs, and ensure EYLF alignment to support children's development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Diploma Qualified, highly motivated Lead Educator who is ready to work Monday to Friday.

This role is a position where using your previous experience as a Lead Educator, you will help to manage and support the team. For us, it's about finding a like-minded individual who is passionate about early childhood education and the developmental needs of children.

About the Role:

• Help to support your team, to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
• Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About You:

• Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
• Qualifications:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.
• Compliance:Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification. Knowledge:Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education:Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Documentation & Planning:Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.
• Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Working hours:

Ideally, we are looking for team member who are available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
