Job summary

Kool Beanz Suffolk Park is seeking a Float Educator to support engaging, EYLF-aligned programs and build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

You will assist in meeting National Quality Standards while providing flexible support across rooms to ensure consistent, high-quality care in a vibrant community-focused centre.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
• Current WWC Check and First Aid certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with children and families.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications or renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the educator team to deliver EYLF-aligned, child-led programs.
• Build and maintain respectful relationships with children, families and staff.
• Support centre to meet National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Provide flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to maintain high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and embracing child-led learning.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

You Will Have

• Qualifications: Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact
