Kool Beanz Ocean Shores is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator to join our NSW childcare setting. The role is part-time, supporting the educator team and delivering EYLF-aligned activities in a nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or are actively pursuing it, with WWC and First Aid current or willing to obtain. You will contribute to a high-quality learning experience for local children.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and embracing child-led learning.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. Working hours:

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
