Qualifications

• Ability to support children's learning with creativity and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Support the educator team to deliver EYLF-aligned programs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Assist the centre in meeting National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Provide flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator.

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position and who brings creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and embracing child-led learning.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

You will have:

• Qualifications: Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact
