Job summary

Milestones Early Learning Medowie is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to lead a room full-time, guiding learning aligned with the EYLF and mentoring fellow educators. You will foster strong relationships with children and their families, creating a warm, inclusive environment that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Experience leading a room or team within an early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for high-quality education and positive outcomes for children.
