Job summary

Affinity Education Group – Peregian Beach QLD is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for Milestones Peregian Springs in a part-time capacity. You will lead inspiring early learning experiences, mentor staff, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on children's growth and wellbeing.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent, and ongoing professional development support with funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's growth and wellbeing.

You’ll have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
