Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a part-time Lead Educator for Milestones Early Learning Meridan Plains on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You will support a warm, collaborative team, deliver engaging activities, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment for children aged birth to five.

About You

You're passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives and creating engaging learning experiences that support every child's individual journey.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
