Job summary

Milestones Early Learning Roma 2 in regional Queensland is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to inspire children and support a teams of educators. You will mentor staff, shape learning environments, and engage with families and the community to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Framework.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to creating meaningful learning outcomes for children.

About You

You are passionate about early childhood education and ready to inspire children, families, and fellow educators through your leadership and dedication.

To be successful, you will have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
