Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join Busy Bees at Cameron Park, NSW. You will lead the daily learning program, support educators, and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.

You will bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), current First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis certs, and a WWCC. This full-time role offers career growth and valued family-friendly benefits.

Lead Educator Full-Time | $39.90 – $41.11 per hour | Cameron Park, NSW

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Park , located at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285 , on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

• Current Working with Children Check for VIC

• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
