Busy Bees Cameron Park is hiring a Lead Educator (Full-Time) to guide the daily learning program and lead a team within a vibrant early learning centre in Cameron Park, NSW. • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications required.

• Experience leading a room in an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $36.14 – $41.11 per hour | Cameron Park, NSW

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Park, located at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
