Job summary

Busy Bees at Cameron Grove in NSW is seeking a passionate Educator for a part-time position (24 hours per week). You will support play-based learning, help create a safe, inclusive environment and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR, NSW Working with Children Check, and a collaborative team approach.

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Grove, located at 1 Durrant Street, Cameron Park NSW 2285, on a part‑time basis.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
