Job summary

Busy Bees seeks an Educational Leader to mentor educators at Busy Bees at Georges Hall, NSW. The role focuses on leading curriculum development and driving quality across the service, ensuring high-standard early learning experiences for children.

You will support educators with planning, documentation, reflective practice, and will work closely with the Centre Director to achieve strong outcomes for children while upholding Busy Bees’ Bee Safe commitment and values.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Approved early childhood qualification or working towards it.
• Commitment to child safety and safeguarding in line with Busy Bees values.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide EYLF implementation across the centre.
• Support curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with NQF.

Educational Leader | $41.72 – $43.08 per hour + Ed. Leader Allowance | Georges Hall, NSW

We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Georges Hall , located at 15 Georges Crescent, Georges Hall NSW 2198 , on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll do

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality

• Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre

• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice

• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team

• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children
