Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators at Cameron Grove, NSW. This full-time role focuses on driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development and leading improvement across the service.

You will mentor staff, guide EYLF implementation, and collaborate with the Centre Director to achieve strong outcomes for children, with an emphasis on safety and continuous development. A current Working with Children Check and relevant qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood qualification or working towards.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Lead curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice.
• Support Centre Director to improve service quality.
