Job summary

Busy Bees at Torquay is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will lead the daily learning program, mentor educators, and foster a safe, engaging environment where children thrive at 15–17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228.

Your role includes planning high-quality programs aligned with EYLF, partnering with families, and ensuring NQF compliance while supporting children’s development through play-based experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA‑equivalent required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates required.
• Current Working with Children Check (VIC) required.
• Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $36.14 – $41.11 per hour | Torquay, VIC

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Torquay , located at 15–17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228 , on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do
