XPLOR Early Learning Centre in Coomera, part of The Scholars Group, seeks an Educational Leader to drive studio programs, ensure a safe, inclusive environment and lead a collaborative team in delivering high-quality early learning experiences.

You will work with families and staff to support social, emotional and cognitive development while aligning with the centre’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of studio programs across the campus.
• Provide a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for children.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve optimal outcomes for children and families.
• Model and oversee delivery of high-quality, inclusive educational programs.
• Engage in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in line with Vision, Mission and Values.

XPLOR Early Learning Centre in Coomera is a vibrant, child‑centred centre dedicated to nurturing curiosity and growth through engaging play‑based and structured learning experiences. Our programs incorporate hands‑on activities that support social, emotional and cognitive development. At XPLOR, strong relationships with families and a passionate team of educators help children thrive and love learning.

Role Requirements

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• a current and valid Working with Children Check
• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
• effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

• Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
