Smartland Boutique Early Learning in Port Macquarie, NSW, invites an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) to join our growing team at the Major Innes Campus. We provide play‑based learning, warm environments and strong family partnerships.

You will create safe, inclusive programs, work with staff, deliver high‑quality education, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• First Aid CPR training and emergency asthma & anaphylaxis training are required.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG.
• Ability to interpret curriculum documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
