Job summary

C&K Emerald Community Childcare Centre in Emerald, Queensland, is seeking a Lead Educator to support and guide children’s learning, helping them become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

In this permanent part-time role with potential to go full time, you’ll work with Centre Director Jess and the team to create a safe, engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and the community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate

Responsibilities

• Guide children's learning and development and support exploration.
• Collaborate with the team to create a safe, engaging play‑based learning environment.
• Support the Centre Director and staff to deliver high‑quality early childhood education.
