Job summary

Join C&K Herston Road as a Lead Educator and play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing learning environment where children can learn, grow and thrive. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality play-based experiences for children and families across rotating rosters from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

We’re seeking individuals with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR and Blue Card, and a commitment to child safety.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Child Safety Training Certificate.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality play-based learning experiences.
• Inspire curiosity and foster relationships with children and families.
• Work with a supportive team and participate in professional development.
• Follow child safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe centre environment.
