Job summary

C&K Strathpine Childcare Centre is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a play-based learning environment and support a team of educators. The role emphasizes strong child safety practices, family engagement, and community connections in a nurturing setting.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Safety training, and current Blue Card, with a commitment to ongoing professional development within a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate required.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications required.
• Blue Card or Exemption Card required, Police Check current within three months or willing to obtain one.

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
