Job summary

At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children’s lives. As a Lead Educator at the Gundanoo Community Childcare Centre, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, helping them become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

Join Evelin and the team to create a safe, engaging play-based learning environment for children, families and our wider community. Fixed term full-time until 24 Dec, with benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates required.
• Blue Card or Exemption required.
• Police Check current within three months or willingness to obtain one.
• National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate completed.

Our Centre Director Evelin along with her team will be there to support you. Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
