Job summary

C&K Coolum Community is seeking a Lead Educator to guide children’s early learning in a nurturing, play-based environment at our Coolum centre. You’ll work with a long-standing team that values collaboration, family partnerships and a community-focused approach to children’s development.

Qualifications

• Hold, or be willing to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundation and Advanced Certificates (Courses 1 to 5).
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Lead the learning environment with a safe, play-based program.
