Job summary

The Creche and Kindergarten Association Arlington Drive Centre is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to guide learning experiences and support a nurturing classroom environment.

Join a close-knit team dedicated to safety, wellbeing and high-quality early education. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a Monthly RDO and a market-rate hourly wage of AUD 35.79–40.15 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) is required.
• National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate is required.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications are required.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card is required.
• -police check current within three months or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead a supportive learning environment and guide children's early learning and development.
• Build strong connections with children and families to support holistic development.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based early education.

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
