Job summary

C&K Association is seeking a Lead Educator for the Coolum Community Childcare Centre in Queensland. This full-time role, on a 9 day fortnight, supports a safe, play-based learning environment and guides children’s development alongside a dedicated team and families.

Qualifications

• Hold, or willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundation and Advanced Certificates (Courses 1 to 5)
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator role to guide children's development in a natural, engaging environment.
• Create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning space for children and families.
• Collaborate with team to ensure continuity and quality of care and learning.
