Job summary

Kool Beanz Casuarina is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator (Certificate III) to support learning and development for children aged six weeks to six years. This part-time role welcomes creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for early learning in a warm, home-like setting.

You will work with the educator team to deliver EYLF-aligned programs, build strong relationships with families and the community, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively pursuing.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification, or willing to obtain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and child-led learning.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the local community.
• Assisting the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a passionateAssistant Educatorwho is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position and who brings creativity, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development. You will have:

• Qualifications: Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
