Job summary

Clough, part of a joint venture, is delivering Project Ceres – the largest urea plant in Australia, in Western Australia. The E&I Supervisor will oversee electrical activities from early construction phases, reporting to the Construction Manager on a 19:9 roster.

Join a major on-site team developing sustainable production processes, with exposure to high‑pressure construction environments and potential oil & gas experience; mentoring and reporting to stakeholders are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.
• Relevant electrical licences or certifications.
• Experience within a high-pressure construction environment.
• Ideally experience within the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand electrical requirements.
• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities aligned with the project schedule.
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors (UG/AG cable installation, TCFs & batch plant).
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations.
• Prepare manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with codes, safety and project specifications.
• Address issues or defects promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance skills.
