Job summary

Webuild S.p.A. seeks an E&I Supervisor for WA's landmark Project Ceres, the largest urea plant in Australia.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee electrical activities from early construction phases, on a 19:9 rotation, coordinating with project managers, engineers and subcontractors. You will ensure safety, quality and compliance with codes, develop plans for early electrical activities, manage subcontractors, and provide guidance to the team while delivering regular updates

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor or equivalent.
• Relevant electrical licences or certifications.
• Experience within a high‑pressure construction environment.
• Ideally experience within the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to understand electrical requirements.
• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with the project schedule.
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors (UG/AG cable installation, TCFs & batch plant).
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations.
• Prepare manning and tooling requirements for self‑performed E&I works.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work meets high quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, safety and project specifications.
• Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
