Clough, as part of a JV with Saipem, is delivering the CERES urea plant in Western Australia. We are seeking a Coating & Insulation Supervisor to join the site-based team on the Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee coating & insulation activities, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team to deliver on schedule. You will work with project managers, engineers and labour teams to meet project requirements and timelines, contributing to a

Qualifications

Over 10 years experience in a supervisory role.
Proven experience supervising coating & insulation projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of SMP systems and safety protocols.
Able to solve problems quickly under pressure and manage schedules within budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of coating & insulation activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
