As a Project Document Control Lead, you will guide the Document Control team, coordinate workflows, and help shape the management strategy to ensure accuracy, traceability, and governance across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Solid document controlling experience on projects in comparable industries.
• Knowledge of document management tools and procedures.
• Experience in project delivery teams and governance alignment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the document management strategy.
• Develop efficient document control processes.
• Set up new project instances in Document Management Platforms.
• Ensure documents are identifiable before distribution.
• Ensure drawings comply with Energy Projects Document Process.
• Manage document review process to meet schedules.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and enforce processes.
