Job summary

Amida Recruitment supports a market-leading national Tier 2 contractor in Sydney to appoint a Commercial Lead / Contracts Manager. You will lead the commercial function on diverse projects and manage a team of 3–4 Senior/Contracts Administrators, providing contractual and commercial advice across defence, infrastructure and building initiatives.

Candidates typically have 7–15+ years in a similar role, with a tertiary qualification in contracts or related fields, and strong interpersonal,

Qualifications

7-15+ years experience in a similar commercial/contracts role.
Tertiary qualification in Contracts Management, Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Commercial review of contracts, MSAs and agreements.
Manage all reporting and submission.
Instrument and maintain the subcontract management process.
Monitor and improve contracts administration process.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure commercial requirements are met.
Document control management.
Assist with HSEQ and Project Managers to ensure compliance with management systems.
