Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Management or related discipline.
- Significant experience leading business transformation and organisational capability within complex organisations.
- Ability to translate external expertise into practical value and capability.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the CVR function delivering value and impact.
- Develop frameworks and approaches for knowledge transfer and capability uplift.
- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
- Embed capability development across the consulting engagement lifecycle.
- Provide independent advice on value, capability uplift and learning outcomes.
- Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across ASC.
