Job summary

CMSPI is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Sydney office. The role requires leading client engagements, guiding a delivery team and ensuring value realization for clients in APAC. Hybrid work is expected with in-office attendance three days a week.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Development (APAC) to drive strategic outcomes, manage commercial risk and grow opportunities within existing accounts. A strong background in consulting or enterprise client management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, customer success or account management of enterprise-level clients.
• Willingness to travel to client and company meetings as required.
• Advanced competency with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of analytics tools such as PowerBI and advanced use of Excel.
• Ambitious, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client engagements, ensuring outputs are delivered on time, within budget and with quality governance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across engagements and act as escalation point for Associates.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships across their supply chain; drive opportunities for follow-on work and renewals.
• Support sales process with client experience and product knowledge; contribute to revenue growth within current accounts.
