Job summary

Project Pathway, a growing boutique management consultancy in Melbourne, helps major enterprises navigate complex change with a human-centred approach to operating design and enterprise change. We seek an ambitious advisory professional to drive real impact across client programmes, collaborating with senior leadership on major change efforts and operating model improvements.

You will deliver multiple workstreams, engage client stakeholders, run workshops, and produce high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management.
• Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory.
• Experience across change management, operating model design or transformation.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured problem solver with attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work with directors and managers to keep delivery unified.

About The Role

Ideal for an ambitious advisory professional ready to step up and deliver real impact across a range of clients. You'll work alongside senior leadership on major change programmes and operating model improvements. It's a hands on role focused on problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes

• Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified

About You

• Around 3 to 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management
• Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory
• Experience operating across change management, operating model design or transformation
• Strong communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes
• Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field
