Job summary

Excel Building Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Head Concierge for a prestigious Elizabeth Bay property in Sydney. The role leads a dedicated concierge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring resident requests are met with efficiency and professionalism.

You will manage inquiries, mentor staff, and collaborate with the Building Manager on legal compliance with By-Laws, parking, reporting, and keys auditing. Training is provided and immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a concierge or customer service role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy including Word and Excel, e-mail and BuildingLink.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
• Manage resident inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Assisting the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
• Train and mentor concierge staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
• Internal and External Patrolling.
• Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
