Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our ANZ Cloud and Customer Experience practice. You will own end-to-end AWS solution design, lead a squad of mid to senior consultants, and stay hands-on with code and reference implementations.

The role includes migrations to AWS Connect and developing AI-enabled data capabilities with guardrails. You will mentor the team, shape solutions for opportunities, and contribute to pre-sales when needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud engineering, architecture or technical consulting.
• AWS end-to-end solution design experience for enterprise clients.
• Technical leadership of delivery teams with mentoring and quality accountability.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills and IaC/CI/CD expertise.
• Security and compliance experience in regulated environments.
• AWS Certifications at professional level (Solutions Architect or DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate needs into architecture.
• Own end-to-end solution design, including data flows and security posture.
• Lead a squad of consultants; set direction and ensure quality.
• Stay hands-on; write code, build reference implementations.
• Lead migrations to AWS, including contact centre migrations to Amazon Connect.
• Design data/AI-enabled capability using AWS services with safety guardrails.
• Mentor the squad and develop reusable IP and patterns.
• Support occasional pre-sales with solution shaping and estimates.
