Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Consultant to own the architecture and technical direction of large AWS-based engagements in ANZ. You will lead a small squad, own end-to-end design, and stay hands-on with code and reference implementations.

The role emphasizes shaping what gets built, defending positions with clients, and elevating the capabilities of the team. Strong AWS, Python/TypeScript, and security/compliance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud engineering, architecture, or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AWS solution design for enterprise clients.
• Technical leadership of a delivery team or squad.
• Deep AWS platform knowledge across compute, containers, serverless, storage, networking, and data services.
• Strong development capability in Python and/or TypeScript, plus infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
• Security and compliance literacy in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and design documentation skills.
• AWS Professional-level certification or equivalent depth.
• Australian work rights and ability to obtain a police check.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business, operations, and IT stakeholders and translate requirements into architecture.
• Own end-to-end solution design including data flows, security posture, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead a squad of mid to senior consultants and set technical direction.
• Stay hands-on: write code, build reference implementations, and prove key parts.
• Lead migrations to AWS, including contact centre migrations to Amazon Connect.
• Design data and AI-enabled capability using Glue, Athena, QuickSight, Bedrock, and Connect AI agents.
• Mentor your squad and build reusable IP to accelerate future engagements.
• Support pre-sales when needed, shaping solutions and estimates for new opportunities.
