Job summary

Worley in Perth is seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to lead civil design across mining, minerals, energy and infrastructure projects. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure quality, and coordinate global workshare to meet schedules and budgets.

You will operate from the Perth office with flexible work-from-home options, using your 3D modelling expertise and leadership to drive performance and compliance with Australian standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering design experience in mining, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong technical design capability and practical knowledge of 3D modelling workflows.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams delivering complex work to demanding schedules.
• Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant international standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil engineers and designers to deliver engineering services on time, within budget and to regulatory standards.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables for access roads, earthworks, pipelines and mining infrastructure.
• Provide technical supervision and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with local and global teams and stakeholders to allocate resources and manage scope.
