The Role

This position will primarily oversee operations within 1520, Crown Perth's premium speakeasy-style venue, while also providing leadership support across the Urban Food District. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will lead front-line teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards of service across both bar and food & beverage operations. The role is ideally suited to a hospitality professional with a strong bar background who enjoys leading teams and creating memorable guest experiences.
