Job summary

InterContinental Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead the Atrium Lounge team, stepping up as lead bartender during service and driving quality, efficiency, and training. The role requires a minimum 2 years in a bar/F&B luxury setting, with RSA and Food Safety certifications.

You will manage stock, support shift coordination, and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Part-time role with 24 hours minimum weekly, plus weekend penalties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a bar or F&B role within a hotel, restaurant or premium bar environment.
• Lead bartender experience and ability to train staff.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory practices.
• Must hold Responsible Service of Alcohol cert. and Food Safety cert.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar during service and prepare beverage to a premium standard.
• Drive drink quality, efficiency, stock management and cocktail training.
• Train and mentor team members in cocktail prep and bar standards.
• Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation at all times.
