Ideal applicants have proven leadership in busy bar environments, strong beverage knowledge, and a passion for developing people, with RSA and WWCC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within busy bar/pub/entertainment venues.
• Strong knowledge of beer and bar operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
• Eligible for or willing to obtain RSA and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing bar team.
• Create a fun, energetic, guest-focused bar environment.
• Build rosters and support daily operations for smooth service.
• Drive bar sales and achieve key performance targets.
• Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Maintain licensing, safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with venue leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences for events.
• Uphold Kingpin service standards and bring energy to every shift.
