Qualifications

• Previous Bar Manager or senior hospitality role in high-volume venues.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• RSA Queensland certification or ability to obtain before start.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and late-night bar operations.
• Manage high-volume service across busy periods.
• Lead and support bartenders and floor staff.
• Coordinate staff breaks, workflow and priorities.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and presentation.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing.
• Drive staff training and development.
• Collaborate with venue management and security.
