Job summary

NOMAD Brisbane on James Street is recruiting a standout Bar Manager to lead our beverage offering for a landmark 2027 opening. You’ll shape an exciting, seasonal drinks program that celebrates Australian producers and iconic brands, while delivering warm, polished hospitality.

Working closely with our Group Bars Manager, you’ll build a strong team, manage invoicing, rostering and stock, and drive guest experiences through detail, leadership and commercial focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor roles within premium dining venues.
• Strong operational experience across invoicing, rostering, POS management, event delivery and activations.
• Strong commercial acumen with stocktake, COGs and labour management.
• Excellent spirits, cocktail and beverage knowledge with ability to lead and develop team members.
• Proven track record of building and costing drinks menus and ensuring guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the beverage program for NOMAD Brisbane’s opening.
• Collaborate with Group Bars Manager and stakeholders across the business.
• Oversee stock, invoicing, rostering and events to ensure seamless service.
