Mater Education is seeking a Team Leader for Application and Enrolment in South Brisbane. You will lead a high-performing team, drive end-to-end student enrolment services, and align operations with regulatory standards.

The role focuses on performance, quality, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional student experiences. You will manage workforce planning, process optimisation and system enhancements while collaborating with Mater Digital Technology and Innovation.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Management, Administration or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in an RTO environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational performance of the Application and Enrolment function with clear standards and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and coach the team through performance management, capability development and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end application and enrolment lifecycle to ensure efficient and student-centred service delivery across programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, conversion, onboarding and student experience.
• Provide systems leadership for application and enrolment systems, including testing, planning and readiness for changes.
• Ensure activities align with policies, funding requirements, and regulatory standards, with compliance guidance as needed.
• Monitor data and reporting on pipelines, conversion and enrolment volumes to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and organisational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives and support new processes and system implementations.
• Ensure student communications and digital services remain accurate and up-to-date.

Educación

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Management, Administration or related discipline
