Job summary

TAFE SA, based at Regency campus, seeks a Team Leader – Admissions to guide a busy multi-channel team supporting applicants from application to enrolment. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, and drive improvements to deliver timely, accurate support and a smooth enrolment journey.

You will use data to identify opportunities to improve applicant outcomes, lead continuous improvement, and ensure excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a student/customer-centred service culture with training and coaching.
• Experience managing business support functions—financial, administrative and customer support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict management skills.
• Ability to analyse information, prioritise, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy, multi-channel admissions team across phone, email and CRM.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and team performance.
