Job summary

Your role includes governance framework creation, risk anticipation, and ensuring consistency across programs while driving measurable business outcomes and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
• Executive-level engagement to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
• ServiceNow CMA or other architecture and governance certifications are highly desirable.
• Security clearance eligibility: baseline/NV1/NV2 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain platform vision and governance aligned to IT and business objectives.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure designs meet platform standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with CXO, enterprise architects, and platform teams to ensure consistency across the program.
• Provide structured feedback to ServiceNow product and engineering teams.
