Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to drive architectural direction across ITOM, CMDB and CSDM initiatives. The role requires deep knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, and integration with infrastructure and security data sources.

You will design enterprise architectures within complex or regulated environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end workflows across business and technology landscapes.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management platforms, with focus on ServiceNow architectures.
• Ability to design across ITOM and CMDB initiatives.
• Proven track record in complex or regulated environments.
• Understanding of network architecture, segmentation and security controls.
• Experience integrating infrastructure and cyber security data sources.

This role is ideal for a certified ServiceNow Architect who is passionate about helping organisations move beyond traditional ITSM and leverage the platform to design and deliver end-to-end workflows across their entire business and technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Strong Solution Architecture experience across ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB initiatives
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and CSDM
• Experience designing enterprise architectures within complex or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of network architecture, segmentation, security controls and credential management
• Experience integrating infrastructure, cyber security and operational data sources into enterprise platforms
• A strong understanding of enterprise data models, governance, standards and operating processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technology, infrastructure, cyber security and service management teams
