Toll Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise Platform Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution delivery and platform ownership across ServiceNow, Workday and Salesforce. Translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and guide architecture, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple enterprise platforms.

You will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders and delivery partners, and help evaluate native AI capabilities

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Salesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyse requirements and design scalable solutions across Workday, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Configure, build and deploy platform solutions using declarative tools and targeted custom development.
• Own solution architecture, documentation, governance and release management.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, sprint planning and solution demos.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore delivery partners and conduct peer reviews.
• Identify technical debt and contribute to platform health and AI roadmaps.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Platform Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end solution delivery and platform ownership across Service Now, Workday and Salesforce at Toll Group. This role is accountable for translating business requirements into scalable, secure solutions while independently managing architecture, delivery, governance and continuous improvement across multiple enterprise platforms. You will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, collaborate closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners, and contribute to the evaluation and adoption of native AI capabilities across our core platforms.

A day in the life of a Senior Enterprise Platform Solution Architect at Toll Group

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a related discipline
• Salesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred)

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ hands‑on delivery experience across two or more of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday
• Strong understanding of platform-specific data models, security and configuration tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and context‑switch within a complex delivery portfolio
• Experience working with offshore partners in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise platforms (desirable)
