Zurich is seeking an AI Governance Lead to drive enterprise AI governance frameworks and controls, enabling responsible innovation across AI solutions within a leading digital insurer. You will embed responsible AI principles, assess AI risks, and automate governance activities in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders and help shape governance pathways while focusing on scalability, transparency and regulatory obligations

Qualificações

• Experience designing and operationalising AI governance frameworks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of AI risk management, privacy, cyber security and model governance.
• Understanding of generative AI, ML and related risks; emerging tech awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Zurich’s enterprise AI Governance Framework, standards and controls.
• Embed responsible AI principles across AI solution lifecycles.
• Identify, assess and monitor AI risks including privacy, security and explainability.
• Design scalable governance pathways enabling innovation with oversight.
• Automate governance, monitoring and reporting for consistency and efficiency.
• Provide trusted reporting to business leaders and governance forums.
