Job summary

Leopard Recruitment seeks a Luxury Automotive Retail General Sales Manager in Sydney to lead the showroom team, delivering a world-class luxury customer experience while achieving key sales targets. The role reports to the Brand Head, overseeing Retail Operations at a premier site.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with marketing campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer journey with Service and Aftersales, driving brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or General Manager within a Luxury Automotive Dealership Environment.
• Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives.
• A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements.
• The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and department KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver a luxury customer experience.
• Develop and coach the sales team on sales processes.
• Manage budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with Brand targets.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand to align sales with marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with Service and Aftersales teams for seamless end-to-end experience.
• Manage relationships with external partners.
• Report on lead performance, challenges, and opportunities.
