Genesis Motors Australia is seeking a experienced Sales Manager for our Perth Showroom. You will lead the sales team, drive targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across luxury automotive products.

Bring 2–3 years of automotive sales leadership, deep knowledge of sales processes, and a track record of coaching teams to success. This full-time role offers strong earning potential and a premium brand environment in WA.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in automotive sales management, preferably with luxury brands.
• Knowledge of sales processes and mentoring individual and teams to success.
• Ability to shift and change strategy to the dynamic environment of automotive retail.
• Results driven, commercially minded and take ownership of your remit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the Genesis brand's premium positioning and customer-centric approach.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Showcase Principal.
• Oversee customer interactions, ensuring each customer receives a personalised and high-quality experience.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Organise and lead daily sales meetings to review performance and set daily objectives.
• Assist in managing the sales budget, optimising resources for cost-effective operations.
