The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering a luxury experience across the entire sales journey.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in automotive sales or a similar results-driven sales role.
• Strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to contribute effectively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
• A current and valid NSW driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales, profit and performance targets.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
• Proactively generate new business and follow up sales opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow all sales processes.
